Rates are per person and include the fare rate, the port dues, passenger insurance, luggage insurance (doesn't apply for fragile and perishable goods).

Children Policy: Children under 2 travel for free, if they don't require a seat (max. 2 children per family). Children under 14 travel for 50%.

Luggage: The free luggage allowance is 20 kg. Excess luggage will be charged at 10 EUR / kg. (max. 10 kg/passenger.)

Bicycle: 20.00 EUR/one-way/bicycle (between Bratislava and Vienna: 6.00 EUR/one-way/bicycle and 9.00 EUR/return/bicycle)

Groups: Groups get every 16th ticket free of charge.

Terms of Payment: A credit card guarantee is required to secure the booking. There is no charge to the credit card in advance. Payment is due at the check-in counter upon receipt of the tickets prior check-in.

Acceptable methods of payment in Vienna (Austria):

cash payment (EUR) or
credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Acceptable methods of payment in Budapest (Hungary):

cash payment (EUR, HUF, USD) or
credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB).

Cancellation Policy: Ticket reservations may be cancelled free of charge by 3 days before the trip. Cancellations after the cancellation deadline and no-shows are subject to a penalty equivalent with the price of the ticket. However, if a penalty will be charged to the Passenger, he's entitled to a free hydrofoil trip in the year of his cancelled trip. Groups are not entitled to a free trip.
